ORDER DELIVERY AND SHIPPING
All users may track orders by clicking Track Order. Track order. When playing the order and order number to track the order, the user must enter the email address utilised.
Registered users are able to register and track orders on the account page from the order history area.
If an order is unlikely to be lost during transportation, we wait for 15 days for the order that is lost and we process the refund by payment method, as you choose it at the time of placing the purchase, if we remain unsuccessful.
We now provide to specified Indian cities. Please verify whether we deliver in your product page/shopping/cartcheckout to your pincode/city. We regret for the difficulty caused if you do not have a messaging service in your area/city.
Yes, as much as you offer a legitimate mailing address inside India, you may request that anything be supplied in India. Furthermore, please notice that we only offer to chosen India cities. Please input your pincode on the product page/shopping cart/checkout page to see whether you are delivering it to your area / city.
In India there is no shipping / shipping fee. See Shipping and Handling charges under shipping policy section for details on shipment charges for overseas order.
The delivery periods tend to vary by location, but we try our best to assure that the domestic order will be delivered within 5-7 workdays after making your purchase. See the time for delivery part of the shipping policy section for overseas purchases.
Living Express
For specific pincodes (Delhi, Mumbai, Hyderabad, Chennai and Bangalore), the Express Delivery option is available for select cities.
The next day, subject to the condition that the command is placed by 14 PME, the product will be delivered in this choice.
The TAT of T+2 days is followed for orders made after 2 pm with NDD (Express Delivery) pincodes, while the TAT of five/7 days for domestic orders is used for other pincodes. The TAT for T+15 days will continue to be followed for international orders.
If a public holiday or a Sunday takes place, the TAT will extend for expedited delivery by additional day.
It is suggested that customers expect delivery by the date stated in the Express delivery option.
During delivery of the consignment some Logistic partners may seek proof of ID. If the original receiver is not present and the value of the cargo is significant, the delivery agent may ask for confirmation of identification of whomever collects the shipment at the address specified on behalf of the client. The goods is delivered correctly and securely.
