Ambika Jewelry is used in India for specific towns. You should check if your shopping basket check-out page delivers us to your pincode. We regret for all the difficulty caused if there is no courier service accessible in your region.

NOTE: We do not yet have the option of delivering a single order to a number of locations. There are several orders you have to put.

Shipping & Handling Charges:

Domestic Order: In India we provide free delivery

International Order: In case of order which is to be shipped outside India customer has to bear the shipping & handling charges plus any duty as applicable at the destination.

Custom Clearance: The Indian Customs Office must clean up all shipments of jewellery exports from India. Products and all their paperwork are submitted for inspection, examination and evaluation with the authorised officer of the Indian Customs Office and are then delivered only at your shipping address. Hence the warning in the package section, "Please do not accept when the product is received in Open / Tampered condition," should not be taken into account. The packaging is screened with a "Open to Customs" label.

NOTE: The client must pay the shipping fees in the event of the international order when the purchase is placed. Furthermore, the client should bear the duty/tax collected by the country of destination and be paid at the moment of delivery to the logistical partner. Please note that all deliveries are unpaid (DDU) in accordance with Delivery Duty.

Track Order:

You may monitor your orders by selecting Track Order for all users. When placing the order and order number, the user must provide the e-mail address utilised.

Time To Deliver:

The shipping times usually vary by destination, however we do our utmost to guarantee that the order is delivered on time.

Delivery Time for Domestic Orders: The delivery of goods to India will be carried out within 5 to 7 working days from the day of order confirmation, providing that no delivery is delayed because of the government or other entity operating on behalf of the government or acting according to the government's directive. If the delivery time is unlikely to be longer than the specified timeframe, the order will be cancelled and communicated to the client. In such instances, the reimbursement is paid immediately from the same payment method to the customer's back account. To ensure timely and secure delivery, our company collaborates with renowned courier services. Since the items are sent with a special address, please make sure that the address given while ordering is valid.

Important Note: Please ensure that the information, the staff number and the direct landline numbers are provided to prevent any last-minute troubles and failed delivery, if the office's address is given for delivery.

Delivery Time for International Orders: The product will be delivered within 7 to 21 business days from the date of order confirmation, as long as no governmental authority or organisation operating on behalf of the government or acting in accordance with the government's directive may delay the delivery. We will cancel the purchase and tell you within the specified time if we are unlikely to fail to deliver your item. In such situations the reimbursement will be provided using the same method of payment directly to your account. We only work with reputable courier services to make sure the items reach you quickly and perfectly. We also verify that delivery is delivered to the receiver and thus demand evidence of identification to be verified:
